Work with
the dream team.
We are trusted by industry leaders
For more than a decade we have worked side by side with organisations that cannot afford downtime, drift, or guesswork. From core banking platforms to airline operations and high traffic commerce, our engineers contribute where the stakes are real and the margin for error is thin. That trust is not given. It is earned in code reviews, incident response, and the quiet work of getting a release out on time.

Your journey starts with a 30-minute conversation with one of our recruiters. This is your time to tell us your story, share your aspirations, and ask us questions about what it's like to work at Sytac.
Step 2 Stakeholder Interview
You'll meet one of our expert consultants for a 30-minute discussion. Together, you'll dive deeper into the technical side of our projects, giving you a clear picture of what we do and how we do it.
Step 3 The Dev Case
This is where your skills take center stage. We'll share a coding challenge or technical task designed to evaluate your problem-solving abilities and technical expertise.
Step 4 Technical Interview
In this session, you'll meet two of your potential future colleagues—both experts in your field. Together, you'll review your Dev Case, discuss your approach, and explore how your technical and soft skills align with our projects.
